Return policy

All Returned Items must be in the original packaging or in a mail-safe box or envelope. is not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged during shipment.

Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. Accessories such as the warranty card, software CD, all cables, manuals and any other components within the original packaging must be included in the return. may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete materials and packaging.

All returns are subject to the following:

  1. A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns.
  2. All product returns must include the original packaging
  3. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.
  4. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products.

Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy

Non-Returnable Products 

Some products are deemed ineligible for return by LABEC.COM. If received, these ineligible products will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified by LABECX.COM if any such ineligible products are received. We will only keep such products up until 30 days from the date you were notified. We claim no responsibility for the products after the said 30 days. Ineligible products include:

  • Any product that was not purchased from
  • Any products that are returned without original packaging and all accessories that shipped with the product. This can include and are not limited to the retail box, manuals, and any other items that were originally included with the product.

How to get a RMA number

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns:

Defective Items

Returning a Defective Item:
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days of the purchase date. will have sole discretion as to the credit methods. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement, or we may repair the item and return it to you.
